Small, happy and recently pinned: SUMMER!

It's coming ever closer. I can almost smell the sea breeze and feel the sand beneath my toes!

I adore pinterest and just wanted to share a few snaps from my Summer board, which I must admit is growing in size daily! It's so nice be able to collate such beautiful photos. I find it an instant mood lifter!

How about you?

Does pinning make you happy? Do you have an account? Which of your boards are you addicted to?!

Secret confession: my wedding board is actually my most pinned board but no one else can see it.. So shushhh ;)

Have a lovely, long weekend!

Small, happy and recently pinned: Hair porn!

So much hair porn! I can't deal! I love pinterest so much (follow me here if you'd like over obsessive pinning of food, disney and travel!) and here are just some of the pins I've discovered recently in the hair department!

I have had long, brown hair since forever. I went through a 'ooh I want highlights' phase circa Marissa Cooper and The OC time, but that's about as crazy as it got, unlike Marissa herself... I'm a Taurus, we don't love change, and not to toot my own horn or anything but I love my hair. So I say, if it ain't broke yadiyadeh (whoa, how do you spell that?!)

However, despite saying I do still love getting dreamy eyed over different colours and lengths and styles of locks. In particular the hair of the beautiful beautiful blogger Cara Loren (see large photo) has ways been a major source of hairspiration (sure, let's make it a word!) if you don't know who she is check her out here .You will fall completely in love with her fashion, hair and her stunningly attractive (and well dressed!) family.

Do you pin like a maniac? If you do link me to your page? I'm always looking for new foodie/travel/cute babies/wedding boards to follow. As for those last two, I am neither pregnant nor engaged, it's just that somedays I'm just a massive big, girly girl who loves planning weddings and imagining babies. Go figure!

Have a lovely weekend whatever you're doing,

Small, happy and wanting to cook ALL THE THINGS

I must admit, teaching part time is pretty great in many ways.  There are downsides sure, like not knowing where I'll be teaching that day, or even who or what (!) but it does mean I have more free time.

I have used that time the best way possible, by cooking, A LOT.  Boyfriend and I have been cooking up a storm and whats more he's been so up for trying anything I feel like cooking (even when those dishes have a distinct lack of meat...)

While neither of us are vegetarians I do think it's great for your body, your palate and your budget to branch out and see what amazing dishes you can create when you step away from the 'must have meat mindset'.  So here are a few little things I have pinned recently that I'm dyyyyyying to make!

The original link for all of these delicious pins are on my pinterest board Health Nut follow on if you love a bit of sometimes meaty, quite fishy and extremely veggieful food porn!

What about you?  Do you choose to go meat free sometimes?  What have you been rustling up at home recently?

Tell me pleeeeease, I am beyond nosy when it comes to people's eating habits (and most things really....)
